On Monday, Oct 11th, 2021, the BBC Newcastle cargo ship carrying MV Steppin’ Out (along with several other boats) transited the Panama Canal on it’s way to Port Everglades! Unfortunately, she was loaded down in the cargo hold so we weren’t able to see her passing thru, but it was exciting to watch the transit! For the video, I’ve sped it up 20X to save you from watching the full 21 minutes of “action”!

We were driving from Park City, UT at the time and watched this on our iPad while on I-40 just outside of Amarillo, TX. Isn’t technology great….when it works….!!!
